1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit or buy from theactivex.com (the "Site"), operated by TheActiveX ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and colors

We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors can look different on different screens, and fit can vary slightly between styles, so please check the size guide on each product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, which is shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including when an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You can ask to cancel an order through our contact form; we can cancel it only if it has not yet shipped.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotions apply only as described, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

All content on the Site, including the TheActiveX name, logos, images, videos and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
