Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where our carriers allow.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
• $5.99 standard shipping on orders under $75

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Delivery can take longer during sales, peak holiday periods or because of weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away through our contact form and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date through our contact form with your order number (and photos for damaged items). If your order has not arrived 15 business days after you placed it, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if it is lost.
